该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： Based specification, drawings and so on provided by Client, to raise material requisition, request for quotation, prepare & issue work packs, and solve all kinds of technical problems, participate and monitor Architecture discipline fabrication activities to ensure the project goals meet.

Main Duties of the Jobholder

• At project commencement, review the fabrication schedule, 3D model / drawings for constructability and identify any special items, and suggest corrections to the planning team.
• Review project scope of work and Task Listing, schedules, specifications and understand the project requirement, support bidding department to clarify technical problems.
• Familiar with the full scope of work, contract type and milestone schedules, recognize work scope changes, additional works or reworks and initiate revision orders / change orders, and register into PIMS system, prepare time sheets to record extra work.
• Review project schedules, specifications, standards & drawings and understand the requirements and deliverables, prepare Architecture discipline installation procedures/sequence, method statement, installation instructions, etc and get approval.
• Raise TQ & Site Queries to clarify and solve all kinds of technical issues timely and ensure construction productivity, email communication with client in English.
• Prepare RFQ/TBE for labour and material purchase, and track material/equipment arrival, request material for construction, attend joint inspection for materials, manage material utilization rate and spare material on site and request supplement material timely according to actual situation.
• Manage and control material issue including material requisition, calculate and distribute fabrication materials to subcontractor to ensure construction schedule.
• Prepare L5 construction schedule for Architecture discipline with construction supervisor, review 4 weeks look ahead work plans of construction and identify the constraints (material / drawings).
• Report weekly fabrication progress and monitors production ***-hours and productivity.
• Conduct Wok pack Index. Monitor work pack/MN issue and advises priorities to the lead designer and discipline manager based on material availability and scheduled deliveries etc.

Ensure the yard/shop is supplied with correct materials and drawings on time and monitor execution of work pack/MN.

• Coordinate other discipline engineer to solve cross disciplinary problems to support yard fabrication.
• Go to construction site to check construction status and find& solve all kinds of construction problems, participate in construction quality and HSE issue, Co-ordinate and support construction supervisor to manage sub-contractors if any.
• Fully understand the specification and project special requirement, prepare method statement/procedures and send to client for approval, coordinate with HSE team to draft TRA.
• Prepare and organize kick-off meeting or activity training to sub-contractor to ensure them fully understand the work activity procedure and standard.
• Co-ordinate requirements for construction engineering and technical support with the engineering and design and layout teams and the MC group from design stage to work pack compilation and execution.
• Support MC and PCC group for miscellaneous requirements, work with other disciplines for cross-disciplinary work, and push & track punches closure.
• Provide necessary guidance/training to discipline production engineers and provide sufficient resources to support discipline PE team complete work. X). Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
