该职位来源于猎聘 General Description: The Battery System Engineer is responsible for battery system development, benchmarking and test management projects. The role is also expected to support technical proposals preparation and work with customers and AVL global teams. Main Responsibilities:

• Lead battery system development projects, including requirement engineering, concept review and technical solution definition.
• Conduct battery benchmark projects, including teardown procedure definition, mechanical / electrical / thermal analysis.
• Coordinate battery DVP tests and homologation tests, including test planning, specification review and test result evaluation.
• Prepare technical proposals, project plans, work scope, schedule and cost estimation.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, test institutes and AVL headquarters for technical topics. Qualification:
• 5+ years working experience in battery system, design, testing or benchmarking.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrochemistry or related majors.
• Strong understanding of battery pack structure, electrical system, thermal management and BMS functions.
• Knowledge of VW standards, HV safety, diagnostic tools such as CANoe or INCA, or national electrician certificate is considered a plus.
• Good English communication capability for technical discussion with AVL global teams and foreign customers.
