- 负责营销策略平台全生命周期管理，主导营销自动化（MA）、客户数据平台（CDP）、标签中心、客群管理、客户生命周期管理等核心模块的设计与落地
- 搭建并优化用户标签体系、客群圈选及画像分析功能，支撑精准营销场景
- 设计营销自动化流程，实现用户全生命周期的自动化运营与触达
- 协调设计、开发、测试等团队，推动平台功能上线及迭代优化
- 对接业务需求，通过数据反馈持续优化平台功能，提升营销效率 任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，5年以上产品经验
- 有营销自动化（MA）、CDP、标签平台、客群管理等相关产品设计经验，熟悉客户生命周期管理逻辑
- 具备B端/C端产品设计经验，参与过从0到1平台搭建或千万级用户产品建设优先
- 团队管理能力强，沟通协调高效，能快速深入业务并输出解决方案
- 对数据敏感，有零售、金融、电商等行业营销类产品经验者优先
