该职位来源于猎聘 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，硕士优先，高分子材料、复合材料相关专业，高级、中级都招； 2、3年以上热固性复材研发或评价经验；精通DSC/TGA/DMA等表征手段； 4、熟悉航空复材材料规范（如BMS、AMS标准）； 5、英语流利，能阅读英文技术文献和供应商报告 岗位职责： 负责航空级热固性预浸料/树脂（eVTOL方向）的评价体系建立： 1、包括固化动力学、黏度-温度特性、贮存寿命、挥发分含量等关键指标测试； 2、与热固工艺工程师联合设计工艺适配性验证方案； 3、输出选型报告与来料检验标准； 4、建立航空级材料许用值数据库雏形
