该职位来源于猎聘 JOB SUMMARY This role will support line manager to manage DOUYIN content image and efficiency, including paid media/KOL&KOS content management and efficiency tracking. And will also manage EC livestream channel’s brand image, including styling and host training. RESPONSIBILITIES

• DOUYIN KOL/KOS content management: Communicate/manage DP team for product choosing, KOL/KOS selecting, the shooting copy& styling verification, content efficiency tracking and optimization.
• DOUYIN paid media content management: Communicate/manage DP team for shooting process verification, efficiency tracking, content optimization.
• DOUYIN training: Cooperate with Training team and manage DP team for host training and optimize the training process and contents.
• EC livestream styling management: Communicate/monitor DP team for styling look production timely and qualifiedly, styling process optimization.
• Cross team communication: Communicate with cross functional departments for styling and content, including not limited to: With MKT team for styling review and content communication; with Merch team for key investment items communication.
• Manage and motivate multi-DP/TP vendors to continuously optimize working flow/process/SOP.
• Support line managers’ other assigned tasks such as reporting, new projects, etc. EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential
• ＞3 years of hands-on DOUYIN content related experience in Fashion, Beauty or FMCG sector. DP paid media content related working experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft applications (Excel, Power point, Word etc.)
• Sensitive and interested in fashion and DOUYIN hot trends.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Curious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detail.
• Experience working with outside venders.
