该职位来源于猎聘 OVERVIEW: To be the leader of Process Engineering department, Process Engineering Manager need to lead the department to provide necessary technical support to the Changzhou team and customer, also to ensure production run smoothly with the lowest cost, and Process Engineering Manager need to be the leader of new product line launched in Gates Changzhou. THE ROLE

Process Engineering Manager will report directly to Plant Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer satisfaction
• To provide and coordinate product technical assistance to customers and plant associates
• To respond to customer requirements about new products and engineering changes
• To lead the use the Gates Forward Quality Planning to ensure on time to market and robust products
• To be leader of production process issue resolving.
• Growth
• To participate in the new sales growth based on innovative new products
• To analyze labor and material costing in develop of new markets and new product applications and new processes.
• To lead the new product line launch in Gates Changzhou.
• Market leadership
• To transfer best practices from other Gates plants or external companies in order to improve the plant technology
• Leader of the Gates Forward Quality Planning initiative across the plant.
• Value Creation
• To be involved in GPS activities
• To lead saving projects based on new and alternates materials, new processes and changes to current processes, suppliers development
• To analyze Value added on products based on methodologies like 6-sigma, DOE, etc.
• Citizenship
• To conduct analysis of HSE impact of new material and processes
• People development
• To participate in company training as required
• To meet career plan for GPS and for the position
• To provide training in product application to customers and to associates.
• Be responsible for process KPI.
• Other tasks assigned by Plant Manager. Requirements：
• Good command of FP and PT production process.
• Ability to get root cause for product failure and able to solve the product process issue promptly and effectively to avoid product line shut down.
• Good knowledge in compound, ability to get root cause and create correct action plan once any issue happened related to compound.
• Good project management experience, ability to lead the project of new product launched in Changzhou.
• High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company and locations; including establishing global partnerships.
• Ability to staff and develop an effective and capable team.
• Change management leadership capability Qualification：
• University degree in Mechanical/Rubber/Plastic Engineering. 2.6-10 years working experience, minimum 2 years in manager position, minimum 3- 5 years working experience in FP and PT field.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• IATF-16949/ISO-9001 knowledge.
• SPC,MSA,FMEA,APQP,PPAP knowledge
