该职位来源于猎聘 任职要求： 1.本科及以上，电子/品质管理相关专业 2.8年以上电子厂品质经验，3年以上品质经理管理经验，有外企工作经验的优先; 3.精通电子制程、8D/SPC/FMEA等品质工具，熟悉体系审核与客诉处理; 4.原则性强，擅长跨部门沟通、现场异常处理，抗压执行力佳。 岗位职责： 1.统筹品质部IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC、客诉、体系全流程管理，搭建完善品质管控流程; 2.管控SMT、PCBA、组装全制程品质，主导不良分析、8D改善、客诉处理及闭环; 3.负责质量体系运行、客户审厂、环保物料管控，推动良率提升与持续改善; 4.带领品质团队，协同各部门解决现场品质异常，落实品质目标与绩效考核。
