任职资格: 1. 会计、金融或相关专业本科以上学历。具有中级职称优先。 2. 具有两年以上的成本控制、预算或财务分析方面的经验，了解制造成本要素 3. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，有能力解释财务数据和识别成本趋势和差异 4. 熟练使用财务分析工具和Oracle系统优先，具备先进的财务管理知识Microsoft Excel 5. 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，具有有效的协作能力采购、生产、供应链、金融 6. 能够在压力下工作,保持高水平的工作效率准确性和对细节的关注 7. 具备英文能力者佳,口语是加分项 8. 服从上级工作安排 Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining standard costs based on standard working hours, standard material costs, and other related costs such as packaging and logistics, to ensure accurate cost estimation and appropriate allocation
• Monitor and analyze the final production cost, identify and resolve any potential discrepancies
• Collaborate with relevant departments, including procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, etc., to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare regular cost reports and analyses, highlighting the main cost drivers and potential cost savings opportunities
• Evaluate the financial impact allocation of proposed changes to production scope, schedule, or resources.
• Work closely with other teams such as procurement and finance to ensure accurate recording and allocation of production costs
• Conduct regular cost audits to ensure compliance with budget and financial controls
• Attend production meetings and provide opinions on cost control and financial analysis Qualifications for the position:
• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors. Intermediate professional titles are preferred.
• Have more than two years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, and understand the elements of manufacturing costs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting financial data and identifying cost trends and differences
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and Oracle system is preferred, with advanced financial management knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with effective collaboration abilities in procurement, production, supply chain, and finance
• Able to work under pressure, maintain high levels of work efficiency, accuracy, and attention to details
• Those with English proficiency are preferred, and speaking is a bonus
• Obey superiors' work arrangements
