该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责公司生产成本核算与分析，确保成本数据准确率达到99%以上 2.监控并分析生产过程中的成本差异，每月输出成本分析报告并提出降本增效建议 3.主导年度预算编制中的生产成本部分，并跟进实际执行情况，偏差控制在5%以内 4.完善成本核算流程与标准成本体系，每年至少完成一次流程优化 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，财务会计相关专业，持有中级会计师职称者优先 2.具备3年以上制造业成本会计工作经验，熟悉标准成本法、作业成本法 3.精通ERP系统成本模块操作，熟练使用SAP或同类型系统 4.具备出色的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，能独立完成成本项目分析
