详设工艺工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.EPC项目工艺/安全专业的详设管理工作，主要负责监控设计进度和设计质量，详设文件内容审查，包括工艺、消防、安全救生等； Detailed design management for the Process/Safety discipline in EPC projects, primarily responsible for monitoring design schedule and quality, and reviewing the detail design documents, including process, safety, firefighting, lifesaving and etc. 2.消防/安全救生设备技术招标书编制，采办料单编制和澄清； Prepare technical tender documents for firefighting and lifesaving equipments, prepare procurement material lists and clarification; 3.采办支持：技术澄清、TBE、供应商文件审批，协调并解决设备供应商的技术问题; Technical support for procurement: Technical clarification, TBE, review and approve the Vendor documents, coordinate and resolve the technical issues with equipment Vendors; 4.建造阶段与加设团队配合沟通，确保满足设计要求的情况下，经济并便于现场施工，协调并解决设备安装调试过程中的技术问题； Coordinating and communicating with the shop design team during the construction phase, ensure the design requirements are met, while being economical and facilitating on-site construction, coordinate and resolve technical issues with equipment Vendors during installation and commissioning; 5.负责完成EPC投标消防/安全救生的技术标编制和澄清等相关工作； Responsible for preparing technical bidding documents and clarification to complete related EPC bidding work; 6.上级安排的其他工作。 Other work assigned by superior。 技能及相关素质要求： 1、三个以上海洋平台、FPSO及天然气处理终端工艺/消防/安全救生设计经验，包括监控设计进度和设计质量、详设文件内容审查、采办技术支持、协调设备供应商解决建造/调试过程中的技术问题等； Had 3 or more detail design experience of process/ firefighting /lifesaving for offshore platform, FPSO, terminal natural gas plant, including monitor the progress and quality of the detail design, review the detail design documents, technical support for procurement, coordinate and resolve technical issues with equipment Vendors during fabrication, installation and commissioning, etc.; 2、熟悉海洋石油工程设计标准/规范，熟悉ASME/API标准者优先； Familiar with offshore oil engineering design standards/specifications, prefer to ASME/ API standards; 3、熟练采用中英文双语参加项目会议、面对面解决技术问题等。 Skilled in participating in project meetings and solving technical problems face-to-face in both English and Chinese.
