底盘耐久测试工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary： Senior test engineer responsible for durability testing and complete vehicle load measurement. This position shall be knowledgeable in evaluation methods for durability, and shall reliably conduct such evaluations for a variety of components and systems. Tis includes conducting physical testing on vehicles and sub-systems, collection / analysis / validation of data, reporting & technical communication. In addition this position will work with test method development, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. At Chassis Test & Analysis TRAC, we define and execute sub-system, system, and vehicle performance testing to support the development of vehicle chassis. We has primary responsibility for evaluating durability, acoustics, climate performance, and vehicle dynamics (braking, steering, handling and stability). This position is focused on evaluation of durability, for example the expected life length of components under defined loading cases.

Key responsibilities：

• Take full responsibility of planning, coordinating and conducting durability tests on systems or components, from signal collection to rig execution.
• Be an active contributor in the durability design / simulation / testing loop of product development, provide load analysis for design and simulation as inputs.
• Define and document test protocols, evaluation criteria, and test results.
• Define, commission and purchase test equipments and test fixtures.
• Coordinate with both in-house and external testing facilities, including scheduling testing, ordering material, supervising tests, and validating results.
• Support other testing activities within chassis testing team if necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 6+ years experience working with durability testing, preferably from heavy-duty vehicle OEMs or esteemed test centers
• Professional level in both written and speaking English required
• Demonstrated experience with vehicle durability testing
• Training and demonstrated experience with a variety of testing standards, programs, and equipment
• Strong experience with complete vehicle load measurement. Proficient with load analysis and pseudo damage analysis, with industrial standard softwares.
