• Leading a multi-domain project team through all project phases, from first idea to series production
• Close co-operation with our business units and customers to align technical requirements on new products or changes
• Ensure planning and execution of all engineering related tasks along the ZF-CVCS product development process (design, validation,
• FMEA, Design to Cost, gate reviews, roadmaps, ….
• Creating and tracking of project time- and budget plans
• Responsible for meeting project goals in terms of time, cost and quality
• Reporting regularly the project KPI`s and status to engineering management
• Define the validation plan including EMC test, review and approve the test result
• Problem solving for design review, test failure, field claim
• Joint development with integrated supplier for detail structure, electrical circuit, and layout design
• Working out the sensor (active & inductive position, speed, pressure, etc,) localization roadmap with S&P, Quality team
• Support local sensor engineering capability build-up including design, simulation, validation
• Organize DfMA review meeting with plant and support sensor calibration and EOL (End Off Line) test
• Collaboration with local engineering teams, global sensors teams
• Other tasks arranged by line manager Your Profile:
• Degree in electromechanics, electrical, control engineering, especially with focus on automotive engineering, mechatronics
• Solid experience in at least one of sensor technology: Active
• Postion, Speed Sensor, Pressure Sensor, Angular Sensor, etc.
• Familiar with IC chip of sensor specification and supplier
• Experience in EMC design, test and trouble shooting
• Familiar with sensor validation, production process, EOL test
• Good command in English (written and verbal)
• Beneficial is knowledge in analog and digital circuit design, MCU interface, signal processing
• Beneficial is to have knowledge in 3D CAD system (Creo), PLM and PTC requirements management
• Beneficial is to know functional safety requirement: ISO 26262
• Beneficial is experience in maxwell simulation for active position, speed sensor
• Beneficial is experience in pneumatic system development, braking, ECAS, AMT development
