岗位职责
- 协助抖音、视频号小店、京东Pop等店铺日常运营（商品上架、页面优化、库存同步）
- 协同处理售前售后咨询，收集用户反馈
- 撰写图书卖点文案，协助新媒体内容分发 岗位要求
- 本科或硕士在读，每周到岗3天以上，实习期3个月
- 熟练使用Excel（数据透视表）、PS
- 文字功底好，对数据敏感，学习能力强
- 熟悉电商平台，热爱阅读，有运营经验或短视频能力优先
