工作內容
- 主動聯繫透過數位管道申請開戶但尚未完成流程之客戶，協助完成後續申請作業。
- 了解客戶於申辦過程中遇到的問題與需求，提供專業說明與解決方案，提升客戶體驗及申辦成功率。
- 協助客戶完成數位帳戶及其他金融產品之線上申辦、驗證及補件流程。
- 透過客戶回饋與申辦紀錄分析，發掘常見問題，協助優化數位流程及服務體驗。
- 與數位金融、產品、營運及相關單位合作，共同推動數位獲客及客戶經營目標。
- 遵循銀行作業規範、法令遵循及個人資料保護相關規定。
