• 负责存量客户关系的深度维护与价值提升，通过定期回访、需求洞察、服务跟进等方式增强客户黏性与满意度。 2. 识别并挖掘客户潜在需求，协同产品、运营及服务团队制定个性化客户成长方案，推动复购、增购及交叉销售。 3. 主动收集客户反馈与市场信息，分析客户行为数据，输出客户健康度评估报告，为服务策略优化与产品迭代提供依据。 4. 协同跨部门资源，高效响应客户重大诉求与 escalated 问题，确保服务闭环与体验一致性。
• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、心理学、金融学或相关专业优先； 2. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与共情力，擅长建立长期信任关系，能精准把握客户隐性需求并推动落地； 3. 具备较强的目标导向意识与项目推动力，可独立策划并执行客户忠诚度提升专项。
