• 大专及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、会展策划或相关专业背景。 2. 具备3年以上销售、活动策划或客户对接相关工作经验，熟悉会议组织流程及店内运营模式。 3. 优秀的沟通协调能力与谈判技巧，能高效处理多方关系并解决突发问题。 4. 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT），具备基础数据分析能力及文档撰写经验。 5. 工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应短期出差及灵活工作时间安排。
