• Support brand strategy and tactic plan development to achieve brand short-term and long-term P&L within allocated budget
• Understand consumer insights, synthesize customer insights to brand strategy as well as insightful market analysis to drive innovative and effective brand communication and gain support from KEEs
• Implement operational plan with quality to ensure higher SoV and physician perception change
• Good collaboration with internal co-workers and external alliance partners to ensure fully support obtained 资历要求 ~5 years or above working experience in pharmaceutical industry among sales and marketing 2+ years of central marketing experience of Oncology or special care in MNC pharmaceutical company, relevant TA experience is preferred. Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge / skill and apply learning with speed. Good capability in strategic thinking/planning Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and possess an excellent sense of marketing, result and customer orientated attitude.
