客房部协调员

• 负责客房部日常运营协调，包括房态实时监控、客房分配调度及跨部门（前台、保洁、工程、餐饮等）工作衔接； 2. 处理客房相关突发情况，如客诉响应、维修跟进、特殊需求协调及紧急事件初步处置； 3. 统筹客房清洁与维护计划执行，跟踪清洁质量与设备状态，确保客房按时保质达到待售标准； 4. 录入并维护客房系统数据，定期生成房态报表、入住分析及协调效率统计，支持运营决策； 5. 协助开展客房服务流程优化及一线员工基础操作指导，保障服务标准统一落地。
• 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2. 具备2年以上高星级酒店或连锁精品酒店客房部、前厅部或运营协调类岗位工作经验； 3. 熟练使用系统，具备基础Excel数据分析能力； 4. 具备较强的多任务处理能力、跨部门沟通协调能力及突发事件应对意识； 5. 普通话标准，具备基本英语听说能力，能准确理解并传达外籍客人及同事的业务信息。
