任职要求：
- 机械设计、材料成型或相关专业背景
- 具备气密夹具开发经验，熟悉汽车零部件制造流程
- 熟练使用CAD/CAE工具进行夹具结构设计及仿真分析
- 了解气密检测原理及设备操作规范
