• 协助前厅部经理完成日常运营管理，确保前厅各岗位高效、有序运作。 2. 负责督导前台接待的服务质量，提升客户满意度。 3. 处理宾客投诉及突发事件，及时协调相关部门解决问题，维护酒店服务形象。 4. 参与制定前厅部工作计划、服务标准及操作流程，并监督执行情况。 5. 协调与其他部门的沟通协作，确保信息传递准确、服务衔接顺畅。 6. 协助开展员工培训、排班管理及绩效评估，提升团队专业能力与服务意识。
• 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。 2. 具有5年以上星级酒店前厅部工作经验，其中至少2年管理岗位经验。 3. 熟悉酒店前厅运营流程，具备良好的服务意识与现场管控能力。 4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、应变能力及团队管理能力。 5. 熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统（PMS）。 6. 具备良好的职业素养，能承受工作压力，适应轮班工作安排。
