职能概要

• Responsible for guiding the definition of Chassis product safety requirements from safety goals(braking, steering, suspension, Front axle, rear axle, subframe etc). 负责指导从安全目标（制动、转向、悬架、前桥、后桥、副车架等）出发的底盘产品安全要求的定义。
• Responsible for working with the development team to complete various functional safety analyses of Chassis systems, hardware, software, and levels and formulate corresponding functional safety strategies. 负责配合开发团队完成底盘系统、硬件、软件、层面的各种功能安全分析，并制定相应的功能安全策略。
• Organize and plan the development of functional safety test cases and functional safety testing, verification, and defect rectification. 组织和规划功能安全测试用例的开发，以及功能安全测试、验证和缺陷整改。
• Leading participation in system architecture and software architecture design review from the perspective of functional safety. 从功能安全的角度主导参与系统架构和软件架构设计评审。
• to ensure what Supplier provide the components or subsystems can meet the established functional safety requirements. 确保供应商提供的组件或子系统能够满足既定的功能安全要求。
• to Support the resolution of functional safety-related issues that arise during the testing, verification and production processes. 支持解决在测试、验证和生产过程中出现的功能安全相关问题。
• responsible for analyzing the risk associated with chassis systems technologies, the system & vehicle level testing thereof (braking, steering, suspension, Front axle, rear axle, subframe etc). 负责底盘系统技术相关风险分析，系统及整车水平测试（制动、转向、悬架、前桥、后桥、副车架等）。

负责底盘机械部件功能安全需求的开发，并清楚地了解安全目标可行性的流程 to ensure what Supplier provide the components or subsystems can meet the established functional safety requirements 确保供应商提供的组件或子系统能够满足既定的功能安全要求 to Support the resolution of functional safety-related issues that arise during the testing, verification and production processes 支持解决在测试、验证和生产过程中出现的功能安全相关问题 Responsible for building a functional safety culture and training the team to have the ability to design and develop functional safety software 负责建立功能安全文化，培训团队具备设计和开发功能安全软件的能力 所需经验: 大学本科&以上; 汽车电子、电气工程、自动化等相关专业;英语4级以上

• At least 3 or 5 years of work experience in chassis control related functional safety development.

至少3 - 5年底盘控制相关功能安全开发工作经验。

• at least two Completed project development experience of Chassis functional safety. 至少2个底盘功能安全项目开发经验。
• Knowledge of Chassis Systems (braking, steering, suspension, Front axle, rear axle, subframe etc). 了解底盘系统（制动、转向、悬架、前桥、后桥、副车架等）。
• Knowledge of vehicle Chassis electrical architecture and networks. 了解汽车底盘电气结构和网络。
• Experience in working to an AGILE methodology. 有使用敏捷方法的经验。
• Clearly Know the Funtional Safety Process for Chassis
• 清楚了解底盘的功能安全流程。 技能技巧:
• Proficient in Safety Plan, Item Definition, Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment, Functional/Technical Safety Concept, Functional/Technical Safety requirement , Safety Goal Validation Plan & Report and Safety Case Report.熟练掌握安全计划，项目定义，危害分析和风险评估，功能/技术安全概念，功能/技术安全要求，安全目标验证计划和报告以及安全案例报告。
• Proficient in ISO26262, GB/T34590, IS021448,GB21670-2025,GB17675-2021 and other related functional safety standards.精通ISO26262、GB/T34590、iso21448、GB21670-2025、GB17675-2021等相关功能安全标准。
• Proficient in functional safety development process, familiar with embedded software and Chassis mechanical parts (rear axle, front axle etc.), with functional safety development project mass production experience.精通功能安全开发流程，熟悉嵌入式软件和底盘机械部件（后桥、前桥等），具有功能安全开发项目量产经验。
• Familiar with the product development process and design specifications of complete vehicle or parts. 熟悉整车或零部件的产品开发流程和设计规范。
• Familiar with HARA, FMEA/FMEDA,FTA and other safety analysis methods. 熟悉HARA、FMEA/FMEDA、FTA等安全分析方法。
• Familiar with the architecture and working principle of the chassis electronic control system.熟悉底盘电控系统的结构和工作原理。
• Motivated and teamwork spirit and good communication skills, working experience in multinational companies is preferred.具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，有跨国公司工作经验者优先。
