• According to project requirements, complete the schematic or PCB design and release, interface with the supplier to do DFM analysis or the PPAP activities.
• Interface with software team members to develop and execute testing plans, write test cases, record defects, and track corrective actions.
• Traction inverter power stage development validation.
• Writing design validation spec. YOU MUST HAVE:
• College or Bachelor ’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering
• Experience in 3-phase full bridge topology high voltage inverter hardware(SCH or PCB) design and test. function block electrical circuit design and test , HW integration test and whole inverter function, EOL(end of line) , PCBA ATP (accept test pass) and performance validation
• Experience in selection and validation of components level : CAN communication/power module /Film capacitor/Gate driver/Isolated Power supply
• Preferred knowledge for embedded system: Multi-Microprocessor, SMPC and analog and digital signals measurement
• Experience in DVP test legs plan , especial for HW performance and EMC validation process and standards , and EOL/ATP specification for inverter,include the inverter&motor dyno testing experience
• Familiar with equipment like : Power analyzer , oscilloscope , insulation analyzer, Current/voltage probes and others
• Electrical operating certification necessary for Lab entry WE VALUE:
• At least 3+ years’ experience in hybrid or EV inverter development validation
• Demonstrated ability of contributing innovative technologies and applications for products issue findings
• Diverse and global teaming and collaboration , also good English communication
• Develop and mentor members and junior engineers in both technical issues and in proper behaviors with internal and external customers
• Familiar with hardware design tool(Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro etc.), test instrument and measurements
