1、热情问候酒店的宾客，对其到店表示欢迎。 2、协助贵宾接待厅同事一起帮助客人办理入住，问候贵宾，回头客。 3、熟知当天酒店的所有活动为宾客提供必要的信息。 4、准备好当天工作报表并熟记VIP客人和经常入住宾客的姓名。尽可能在对客时能称呼客人的名字。 5、执行可能由前厅部经理/房务总监/行政助理经理安排的任务。 6、积极参与酒店产品和宣传的推广。

1、具有良好的沟通能力、细致的观察力、主动服务的意识。 2、流利的英语口语能力。 3、良好的协调能力以及处理问题的能力。 4、拥有1年宾客服务工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
