该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Intellectual Property Manager to own and EXECUTE our global IP strategy. You will be responsible for executing a comprehensive IP strategy that aligns with our business objectives in the semiconductor and high-tech sectors, ensuring competitive advantage, fostering innovation, and mitigating risk. You will oversee global trademark strategy and maintain patent portfolio under instructions. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: tight WORK with our R&D to EXECUTE our global IP strategy.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire patent lifecycle: from invention harvesting, invention disclosure review, and prior art analysis to high-quality patent drafting, global prosecution strategy, and maintenance. Build a high-quality, commercially relevant global patent portfolio.
• Competitive Analysis & Landscaping: Conduct in-depth IP landscape and competitor analysis to inform business strategy, identify white space opportunities, and assess freedom-to-operate (FTO) risks.
• Risk Mitigation & Enforcement: Assist IP litigation, disputes, and adversarial proceedings. Lead or deeply engage in handling patent infringement disputes, including infringement claim mapping, invalidity analysis, and litigation strategy formulation. Assist defensive and offensive enforcement actions as necessary.
• Licensing Support: PREPAGE DD REPORT before licensing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as advisor to R&D, engineering, and product management. Embed IP awareness into R&D.
• Trade Secret Program: Develop and maintain a robust program to identify, protect, and manage trade secrets and know-how critical to our technology. 职位要求： Qualifications & Experience:
• Admission to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a closely related technical field is required. Deep, practical understanding of semiconductor technology (e.g., chip design, fabrication, packaging, EDA) is essential. OVER 30+ Semiconductor device Patents DRAFTING IS MUST.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in IP, with at least 5 years deeply focused within the semiconductor, integrated circuits, hardware, or related high-tech industries. Must experience in patent mining and portfolio management.
• Substantial experience in IP litigation support, risk management, licensing, and complex technology transactions. Direct case experience in assisting or handling patent infringement disputes, assisting or conducting infringement claim mapping/analysis.
• Minimum of 2+ years of IP attorneys or professionals.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
