• Developing and executing strategies to maximize NEXPERIA sales at the account. Taking ownership for relevant Key Performance Indicators.
• Understanding the customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities for NEXPERIA and work with distributions to drive design win and business growth.
• Regular review with distributions for specific customer revenue, inventory, backlog order and design pipeline.
• Regular review with product team for new products requirement in customer side and other support need.
• Build up customer relationship from working level to top management.
• Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
• Accountability and Ownership as the Account Manager. What you will need
• University background / education in electrical engineering
• Minimum 5+ Years Sales / Marketing experience in the Semiconductor
• Knowledge of Power Discrete, MOSFET, and SiC, IGBT, GaN in Industrial application.
• Rich experience in Motor control, Power Tools market.
• Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
