机械设计工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities： 1) Development of a fit to market linear motion product for global. (ruller rail system /ball rail system) 开发适合市场的线性产品(滚柱导轨系统、滚珠导轨系统)；

• Main responsible for designing related plastics (including product 2D/3D drawing design, technical figures calculation,SAP Master data maintain, etc.). 主要负责滑块体相关塑料件开发，包括2D/3D建模，技术参数校核计算以及SAP 系统相关产品信息的维护； 3) Design engineer for LT product, especially for new ball rail system design (BSCL-lite and related product). 线性产品研发工程师，特别和团队一起负责开发新型滚珠导轨系统（如BSCL-lite以及相关产品） 4) Support and cooperate with LT global team like R&D, sales, purchasing, quality, logistic, production, etc 为LT全球的相关部门提供必要的技术支持和协助，如研发、销售、采购、质量，物流、生产等； 5) Provide technical solution; according to customer requirement and provide technical support to sales/customer. 根据客户需求协助销售提供线性产品解决方案并提供技术支持； 6) Together with local team to identify newest technology in market which can be used for future LT product design/optimization. 和团队一起洞察市场最新技术方向以便后续可以应用在公司相关产品设计或优化工作中； 7) Monitoring and technical benchmarking of competitors. 对竞争对手的监控和市场技术跟踪。 8) Other tasks assigned by department in case needed. 公司或部门安排的其他工作。 Requirements： 1) University degree (master) or above in mechanical design. 大学学士（硕士）或者在机械设计及其自动化等的高等学历； 2) Working experience of linear motion /technical or related product design preferred. 线性产品相关生产技术或工程设计工作经验优先； 3) Profound knowledge, experience in the field of plastic design (including machnical structure, tolerance calculation,machine elements, technical mechanics and strength of materials). 有一定塑料件的机械设计经验（如机械结构，尺寸公差计算，机械元件，工程力学和材料力学）； 4) Experience in product data management system (SAP) and mechanical design software (Creo preferred). 有产品数据管理系统如 SAP 及3D设计软件工作经验（Creo经验优先） 5) Knowledge of manufacturing technology (turning, milling, grinding,injection,stamping, etc.) 熟悉加工工艺（如车削，铣削，磨削,注塑，冲压等）； 6) Fluent in English (verbal and written), Proficiency in German preferred. 熟练的英语（口头表达和写作能力）, 熟练德语者优先； 7) Self-motivated and independent working capability. 工作中有主见和独立的工作能力； 8) International experience is preferred. 有出国经验者优； 9) Short time business trip (domestic & internationally) can be accepted. 能接受短期出差（国内和国际）；
