1、通过对各方案层KPI的指标监控，进行分析并改善建议，协助方案层逐级提升绩效
2、通过定期与各部门进行会议沟通目前存在问题，改善流程中存在问题
3、通过客户反馈的建议进行流程改善，优化处理过程，进行VOC管控和分析
任职条件:
1、年龄23~35岁之间
2、学历本科及以上
3、有3年以上呼叫中心或客户服务工作经验
4、有相关资格证书者择优录取
