成本经理

工作职责:

1、 Work with a complex bill of material to understand the cost of product.

2、 Work with a variety of manufacturing processes and related costs.

3、 Initiate the product cost reduction projects, identify and supporting the implementation of the

opportunities to reduce the cost.

4、 Project costing management, delivering the “should cost” estimation for certain projects.

5、 Manage the costing recording, voucher and reporting in SAP system.

6、 Manage the transfer price based on the group policy, as well as the communication to the internal customers.

7、 Responsible for periodically counting for inventory, as well as the analysis of discrepancy and related action plan.

8、 Lead several costing teams to provide most reliable information for business decision.

9、 Other tasks assigned by management team.

1， 通过BOM核算分析产品材料组成成本。

2， 了解生产工艺过程，分析相关成本。

3， 启动常规产品降低成本项目，明确和支持相关成本降低工作的执行。

4， 项目成本管理，核算项目的目标成本。

5， 负责制造企业成本成本核算，分录以及SAP系统中的相关报告。

6， 根据集团规则核算转移定价，以及和内部客户的沟通。

7， 负责月度（年度）的库存盘点，以及相关差异分析和改善计划.

8， 管理成本团队提供可靠的成本信息用于企业决策。

9， 其他管理层指定的任务。

任职条件:

1、 财会类相关专业全日制本科及以上学历.

2、 MBA 或 CPA 证书者优先。

3、 5年以上制造业相关工作经验。

4、 熟练操作计算机，必须有SAP相关工作经验。

5、 较强的沟通能力，具备一定的决策能力。
