二、Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient solution initiatives implementation o Deep understanding on HCM patient pain points, identify the opportunities throughout the journey o Lead patient solution initiatives implementation o Co-create patient scalable solutions with cross-functional team
• Responsible for patient initiatives (e.g. commercial health insurance program, patient support program) management and tracking o KPIs setting and tracking o Project and content design o Initiate project execution including internal process, communicate with vendors and x-functional team to ensure execution o Ensure compliance and budget control o Co-create patient scalable solutions with cross-functional team 三、Why choose us?
