该职位来源于猎聘 工作概述: 国际业务助理将支持公司在全球临床试验及医疗器械注册领域的业务拓展与项目运营工作，协助CEO及商务拓展团队与国际 及中国客户保持高效沟通，推动跨国合作项目的实施与管理。该职位兼具国际商务助理与CEO业务助理的双重职能，要求候 选人具备出色的英语能力、强大的沟通协调与组织能力，并擅长使用AI工具提高工作效率。 The International Business Assistant will support the company's global clinical trial and medical device regulatory affairs business, assisting the BD team in managing business development activities and communications with both international and Chinese clients. Acting as a bridge between internal departments and global partners, this role requires excellent English proficiency, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with AI tools for business productivity. 工作职责: 1. 协助国际业务团队进行市场调研、客户信息整理与潜在客户开发; Assist in market research, client data management, and potential client outreach. 2. 支持中外客户沟通及项目文件的准备、翻译与跟进; Support communication with both Chinese and overseas clients, including document preparation, translation, and coordination. 3. 协助维护CRM系统、客户数据库及项目跟进记录; Maintain CRM databases and project tracking reports. 4. 协助编写商务提案、投标文件及会议材料; Assist in preparing business proposals, bidding materials, and meeting documents. 5. 协助制作客户演示PPT及相关宣传材料，用于商务会议及客户拜访; Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other client materials for business meetings and visits. 6. 跟进国际项目进展，协调内部相关部门(如临床、法规、BD等)以确保顺利执行; Coordinate cross-functional communication (Clinical, RA, BD, etc.) and track progress of international projects. 7. 完成主管安排的其他相关工作。 Perform other related duties as assigned. 工作要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限; 生命科学、医学、药学或相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline. Majors in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields are preferred. 2. 英语听说读写能力优秀。 Excellent English . 3. 有临床研究、CRO或医疗器械行业相关经验或了解者优先考虑。 Experience or familiarity with the clinical research, CRO, or medical device industry will be considered an advantage.
