• Focus on the R&D of automotive cables, including but not limited to new energy vehicle (NEV) high-voltage cables, data cables, signal cables, etc., and be responsible for the whole process of new product R&D from technical pre-research, scheme design, material selection to prototype trial production and performance verification.
• Rely on high academic level and professional expertise to conduct in-depth research on key technologies of automotive cables, such as insulation material modification, conductor structure optimization, flame retardant, high temperature resistance, and other performance improvement, and break through core technical bottlenecks.
• Formulate detailed R&D plans and experimental schemes, independently complete or lead the implementation of R&D projects, track the progress of projects, solve technical problems in the R&D process in a timely manner, and ensure that R&D projects are completed on schedule and meet the design requirements.
• Assist in the transformation of R&D achievements, cooperate with the production department to optimize the production process of automotive cables, promote the mass production of new products, and ensure the consistency and stability of product quality。
• Track the latest technological trends, market demands and industry standards of global automotive cables (such as ISO, LV, GB and other standards), conduct technical foresight research, and put forward innovative R&D directions and technical improvement suggestions.
• Participate in the formulation and revision of enterprise internal technical standards, product specifications and test standards for automotive cables, and promote the standardization of R&D and production processes.
• Carry out technical patent application, paper publication and technical achievement summary, accumulate core technical resources for the company, and enhance the company's technical competitiveness in the automotive cable field.
• Provide professional technical support for the sales, quality and production departments, answer technical questions related to automotive cables, assist in solving technical problems in sales, production and quality control, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with external scientific research institutions, universities and suppliers to carry out technical exchanges and cooperative R&D, introduce advanced technologies and materials, and promote the upgrading of the company's automotive cable products.
• Guide junior R&D personnel, carry out technical training and knowledge transfer, and improve the overall technical level of the R&D team.
