岗位职责

负责香港公司日常财务工作，包括付款、报销、资金安排及基础账务支持

协助月结、年结、审计及税务相关事项

对接银行、会计师、审计师及税务机构，跟进日常财务事务

跟进提现、付款执行及相关流程，确保准确性和时效性

与大陆团队协作，确保流程、资料及口径一致

协助优化财务及资金相关流程，提升运营效率

支持管理层在成本、预算及日常财务事务上的工作

任职要求

本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济等相关专业优先

1-3年财务、会计、资金运营或相关岗位经验

有香港本地公司财务处理经验优先

熟悉付款、报销、基础财务流程及日常对账工作

工作细致认真，责任心强，具备较强执行力和沟通协调能力

普通话流利，英文可用于书面及日常工作沟通

需已持有香港永居身份或合法工作签证，公司暂不提供签证 sponsorship

Finance Operations Associate, Hong Kong

Location: Hong Kong

Experience: 1–3 years

Language: Mandarin and English required

We are hiring a Finance Operations Associate to support the day-to-day finance and treasury operations of our Hong Kong entity.

This role is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced team. Depending on experience, the role may focus more on general finance operations or fund withdrawal / payment operations.

Responsibilities

Handle daily finance operations, including payments, reimbursements, fund arrangements, and basic accounting support

Assist with month-end, year-end, audit, and tax-related matters

Coordinate with banks, accountants, auditors, and tax service providers on routine matters

Support fund withdrawal, payment execution, and related operational processes

Monitor timelines and ensure accuracy in finance and treasury-related workflows

Work closely with the mainland team to align processes, documents, and reporting standards

Support management on budgeting, cost tracking, and day-to-day finance matters

Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury operations, or a related function

Prior experience handling finance operations for a Hong Kong company is preferred

Familiar with payments, reimbursements, basic accounting processes, and finance controls

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and execution ability

Good communication and coordination skills

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken

Must already hold Hong Kong permanent residency or valid Hong Kong work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in withdrawal, payment, settlement, or bank coordination

Experience in fintech, cross-border business, or small-team environments

Experience working across Hong Kong and mainland China teams
