岗位职责： 1、客户服务：①解答客户关于续期续保相关的个案问题咨询；②负责联系部分保障到期的客户，为客户提供到期提醒服务； 2、业务支持：承接保司、渠道、顾问等上下游续期续保问题解答，优化现有对接流程，提升作业效能。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，保险、金融、经济企业管理等相关专业； 2.熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等Office办公软件； 3.每周可保证出勤四天以上，至少实习6个月。
职位薪资：
120-150/天
