该职位来源于猎聘 RESPONSABILITIES 职责 New product development, manage projects from brief to product release: 新产品研发、 和项目管理 Cooperate with Product Manager, study and review product technical requirements with Product Manager.

与产品经理合作，学习和审查产品技术需求 Manage, update and track project schedule daily. Ensuring projects goes through all required development milestones successfully.

每日管理,更新和追踪项目进度. 确保项目顺利通过各个重要节点。 Ensuring that weekly project reviews are well prepared, with most updated and exact information. 确保每周项目例会上能汇报最新的项目消息给团队。 Ensuring projects are completed on time and first order is shipped without quality issue。 确保项目能按时完成，确保第一个第一批货没有任何质量问题。 Ensuring that all projects have complete and accurate documentation according to process. 确保每一个项目能有完整的和精确的相关文件。 Collect all the relevant information and samples from potential suppliers, evaluate and select most suitable subcontractor with team. 收集所有潜在供应商的产品信息和样品，和团队一起评估和选择最合适的供应商。 Responsible for scheduling and communicating progress to relevant department.

负责安排和相关的部门沟通和进展。 Responsible for lead the engineers to communicate with OEM/ODM suppliers of all relevant issues in the projects. 负责和工程师一起，与OEM/ODM供应商沟通所有项目相关问题。 Coordinate internal testing and 3rd party certification. 协调内部测试和第三方认证 Prepare and arrange all contractual agreement with subcontractor. 准备和安排所有与供应商合同 Coordinate marketing material creation with marketing department. 配合市场部准备营销材料 Communicate with USA team of the projects’ technical requirements. 与美国团队沟通项目相关技术需求。 Update projects’ status to USA team on time. 及时跟美国团队沟通项目的进展。 Well arrange projects’ milestone meetings with USA team. And make sure they receive clear and complete milestone reports. 很好的安排与美国团队的项目里程碑会议。确保他们能收到清晰完整的报告。 Answer USA team emails quickly. 快速答复美国的所有邮件。 Well prepare Bi-Weekly development status meeting with USA team.

REQUIREMENTS 要求 3 years’ work experience in project manager for LED lighting 3年以上的照明项目经理经验 LED fixture experience a plus 有灯具照明经验的优先 Degree in engineering: Major in Electronic or lighting a plus 工程学位，电子或照明专业优先 Good level of written English, Native Mandarin 良好的书面英语水平和普通话 Good command of technical software and Microsoft office suite 熟练运用技术软件和办公软件
