该职位来源于猎聘 RESPONSIBILITIES 职责 1. Sourcing and Benchmark - 参加展会，发掘新的供应商和新的产: 包括光源类产品，灯具类产品，以及各种结构件，光学元器件，以及电子元器件。

• Participate in exhibitions, discover new suppliers and new products: including Lamps，fixtures, mechanical parts, optical parts, and electronic components. - 做好展会报告，把展会中看到的有意思的产品和供应商信息传达给团队。
• Prepare exhibition reports and bring the interesting products’ information and suppliers’ information to the team. - 维护好与供应的长期沟通窗口。确保能随时更新各个供应商的最新变化，以及能了解供应商的最新的产品信息。整理，维护和保存好供应商的所有相关资料在NAS中。
• Maintain long-term communication windows with suppliers. Ensure that the latest changes of supplier are updated at any time and the latest product information of the supplier is available. Organize, maintain and save all relevant documents of suppliers in NAS. - 根据产品经理的需求，做好产品的Benchmark报告，搜集好所有的产品信息并且传达给团队。
• Prepare Benchmark reports according to the needs of product managers, collect all product information to the team. - 与供应商对接，安排好出差的行程。
• Make business trip plans well. - 安排供应商的来访，做好供应商来访时候的会议记录。
• Arrange suppliers’ visiting and record the meeting minutes well. - 管理好与供应商签署的所有的纸质合同，并且扫描归档。
• Manage all paper contracts signed with suppliers and scan and archive them. 2. Cost Optimization - 由于原材料价格的变化，汇率的变动，关税的变化，随时需要跟供应商沟通最新的价格，确保供应商提供最合理的价格。
• Due to the changes in raw material prices, exchange rates, and tariffs, and need to communicate with suppliers at any time and ensure that they provide the most reasonable prices. 3 Supplier Performance Improvement 供应商的性能提升 - 与采购部和质检部门合作，根据各个部门的供应商报告，及时与供应商沟通，提供改进计划。
• Cooperate with the Supply Chain and Quality Inspection Department, provide improvement plans based on the supplier reports from each department. 4 Project Management （Half time, will begin with simple projects） 项目管理（一半的工作时间，可以从简单的项目开始）
• Define product technical requirements with marketing - 定义产品技术需求与营销
• Evaluate and select most suitable subcontractor - 评估和选择最合适的供应商
• Manage and follow projects with R&D and subcontractors - 管理和跟踪项目研发和分包商
• Responsible for scheduling and communicating progress to relevant department
• 负责安排和相关的部门沟通和进展
• Coordinate internal testing and 3rd party certification - 协调内部测试和第三方认证
• Prepare and arrange all contractual agreements with subcontractors - 准备和安排所有与供应商合同
• Coordinate marketing material creation with marketing department - 配合市场部准备营销材料
• Manage product technical files: BOM, Specifications, and Inspection requirements - 管理好所有的项目的相关的文件：BOM清单，规格书，验货的需求报告。

REQUIREMENTS 要求

• Must Have :
• 必要条件：
• 2 years’ work experience in Purchasing, Sourcing or Supply Chain Management or project management
• 2 年采购或者供应链管理或者项目管理的项目经验
• Bachelor Degree - 学士学位
• Ability to work independently - 能够独立工作
• Fluent English - 英语流利
• Good presentation skills - 良好的表达能力
• Good command of Office suite - 熟悉办公软件
