宾客服务接待员

• 负责前台接待、入住办理、退房结算及问询解答等宾客服务工作，确保服务流程规范、高效、友好； 2. 协调处理宾客需求与投诉，及时响应并跟进解决，提升客户满意度与服务体验； 3. 维护前台区域整洁有序，管理客房状态信息，准确录入并更新PMS系统数据； 4. 协同客房、餐饮、安保等部门完成跨部门服务支持，保障运营顺畅； 5. 按要求完成每日交接班记录、报表填写及现金/票据管理等基础行政事务。
• 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理、商务英语等相关专业优先； 2. 具备1年以上星级酒店、精品民宿或高端服务场所前台接待工作经验，熟悉前厅运营流程及PMS系统操作； 3. 普通话标准流利，具备良好的中英文书面与口头表达能力，能独立应对日常涉外沟通； 4. 具备较强的服务意识、应变能力与情绪管理能力，善于倾听、共情与协调； 5. 形象端正，亲和力强，具备基本的计算机操作能力及办公软件使用经验。
