该职位来源于猎聘 职位概述 / Job Summary 负责客户质量管理体系的搭建与持续优化，带领CQE团队处理客户投诉、现场支持、批量退机问题及质量改进项目。通过专业的8D问题解决、跨部门协同与数据分析，提升客户满意度与产品可靠性。同时，推动AI与数字化工具在质量管理中的应用，实现智能化、可视化的质量闭环。 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities 1. 客户投诉处理与现场支持 / Customer Complaint Handling & On-Site Support -跟进客户投诉问题，及时输出8D报告，确保根因彻底分析与纠正措施落实； Follow up on customer complaints and issue complete 8D reports promptly, ensuring root cause analysis and effective corrective actions. -通过邮件、电话、微信等工具，快速响应重点客户质量投诉并反馈至相关部门； Respond promptly to key customer complaints through email, phone, or instant messaging and communicate issues to relevant departments. -负责SBOM、售后维修手册、客户技术支持文档等文件的编制与维护； Prepare and maintain technical documents such as SBOM, after-sales manuals, and customer support documentation. -主导市场批量退机（RMA）问题的分析、返工与验证处理，确保闭环与追溯； Lead analysis and rework for market-returned products (RMA), ensuring full traceability and problem closure. -必要时前往客户现场进行问题勘察、验证与处理，协调跨部门制定纠正与预防措施； Conduct on-site investigation and validation at customer locations, coordinating CAPA implementation with cross-functional teams. 2. 客户质量系统与流程优化 / Customer Quality System & Process Optimization -建立并维护客户质量管理体系，确保符合ISO9001 / IATF16949标准； Develop and maintain customer quality systems in compliance with ISO9001 / IATF16949. -主导客户审核、PPAP、APQP、FAI等质量文件的准备与应对； Lead customer audits and prepare PPAP, APQP, and FAI documentation. -推动质量流程标准化与系统化，确保NPI与变更管理的质量稳定性； Standardize and systemize quality processes to ensure stability in NPI and engineering changes. 3. 团队管理与能力提升 / Team Leadership & Capability Development -领导CQE团队，提升问题解决与客户沟通能力； Lead and develop the CQE team to enhance problem-solving and communication capabilities. -组织质量培训（8D、FMEA、SPC、MSA、DOE等），建立学习型质量团队； Conduct quality training (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE) and build a learning-oriented team. -推动跨部门协作，与工程、制造、采购、售后等团队共同提升客户质量绩效； Promote cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Service teams to enhance customer quality performance. 4. 客户关系与战略支持 / Customer Relations & Strategic Support -维护重点客户质量关系，定期组织客户质量会议和数据评审； Maintain key customer relationships through regular quality reviews and data analysis meetings. -支持客户审核、新项目质量策划及样品验证，确保客户满意与信任； Support customer audits, new project quality planning, and sample validation to ensure customer trust. -代表公司处理客户质量议题，输出客户质量改善报告与分析； Represent the company on customer quality topics and provide improvement reports. 5. 数字化与智能质量管理 / Digital & AI-enabled Quality Management -建立质量数据分析体系（DPPM、FPY、RMA、Customer Complaint Rate等）； Develop and manage quality data systems including DPPM, FPY, RMA, and complaint rate. -应用AI与大数据技术进行质量趋势预测、异常检测与预警； Apply AI and big data analytics for trend prediction, anomaly detection, and quality alerts. -推动数字化质量工具（如QMS、MES、Power BI）集成，实现质量过程可视化与智能决策； Promote integration of digital quality tools (QMS, MES, Power BI) for real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making. 三、任职资格 / Qualifications -本科及以上学历，电子、机械、工业工程或质量管理相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management. -8年以上质量工程经验，3年以上客户质量或团队管理经验； Minimum 8 years in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in customer quality or leadership role. -熟悉8D、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA等质量工具与方法； Proficient in 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies. -熟悉ISO9001 / IATF16949质量体系要求，具备客户审核经验； Familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems with experience in customer audits. -熟悉AI应用、QMS系统或Power BI分析工具者优先； Experience with AI, digital QMS, or Power BI analytics preferred. -英语流利，具备客户沟通与报告呈现能力。 Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.
