该职位来源于猎聘 We are currently recruiting an experienced Consultant to serve our expanding Japanese market as part of the Asia Pacific business unit. The work location and country are not limited as the jobholder will have options to work remotely as well as based at our Beijing or Shanghai offices if preferred. Main responsibilities: 1) Delivering healthcare consulting projects covering the following three aspects:

• Secondary research: ─ Conduct desk research to understand the market landscape in preparation for primary interviews and project deliverables ─ Access pharmaceutical related databases to obtain information related to clinical trials, patents and regulations ─ Summarize research findings in a logical manner
• Primary interviews: ─ Collect required market information by telephone interviews or face-to-face meetings in Japanese and English

─ Cross check the accuracy of information obtained ─ Write call reports for interviews conducted

• Writing reports:

─ Write allocated sections of reports with accuracy and insights by analysing research findings ─ Report writing will be in English or Japanese depending on project requirement 2) Supporting proposal writing:

• Conduct secondary research to obtain a pre-study understanding of the target market The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
• Speak native or close to native level Japanese and English in order to conduct interviews with Japanese and other international companies. JLPT N1 or higher level is required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a consulting or market research company
• Familiar with primary research methodologies and techniques to conduct in-depth interviews with industry experts or key stakeholders (including KOLs, physicians and management of pharmaceutical companies)
• A Bachelor’s degree is essential and a major in Pharmacy or Biomedical Sciences is desirable
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and/or any database search.
