该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责销售管理(经销商管理)的搭建及完善，经销商运营规划与日常销售管理运作相关制度体系、业务流程的制定与实施 2.根据公司销售策略和渠道销售计划，规划经销商的布局和管理体系。 3.制定经销商的战略和目标、并对销售数据进行监控和分析 4.经销商费用政策进行规划和执行(返利、价格政策等) 5.日常监控线上/线下的审货投诉跟进、闭环。 6.其他组内经销商有关工作。公司内部之间协调，确保紧急需求是能及时支持 任职要求： 1.5~8年以上的 FMCG 销售经验以及 3 年以上销售管理经验 2.具备战略思维，有大型知名公司销售管理经理或者销管体系搭建经验优先 3.独立思考及解决能力，工作积极主动，认真细致，具备团队合作精神 4.ERP(SAP金蝶等)运用熟练 5.OFFICE(EXCEL,PPT)运用非常熟练
