Lead the development of polyurethane competency, including prepolymer design and synthesis, polymer performance expertise and product formulation optimization, to enhance the product portfolio and competitiveness.

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责

• Core Technical Development 核心技术开发 1.1 Design technical roadmap of polyurethane technology to align with business growth target, including pre-polymer and product formulation.

1.2 Lead R&D projects, leveraging global R&D networks, to strengthen our technical capabilities regarding polymerization, product formulation optimization, testing platform, etc.

• Product industrialization产业化落地 2.1 Lead scale-up from lab to production, resolving critical technical challenges. 2.2 Support sourcing, manufacturing, quality teams during industrialization.
• Competency development 技术能力升级 3.1 Maintain active technology and IP monitoring, and provide consolidated insights to the global R&D network.

3.2 Act as Regional PU expert to train and develop R&D engineers across teams.

• Strictly follow EHS & 5S policies and regulations of SGRS. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. Qualifications/ 任职要求
• Master‘s degree and above, major in Polymer,Materials\ Chemical Engineer and Chemistry.
• 5+ years of R&D experience in polyurethane materials, adhesives, or coatings industry.
• Fluent in Spoken English.
