- 协助销售团队准备合同、报价单、授权书等销售文件
- 配合销售代表处理客户询价及报价请求，核对订单信息（产品、价格、交货周期等） 2. 采购订单管理
- 负责采购订单的录入及系统操作，确保信息准确无误
- 跟踪订单审批、发货及开票流程，协助处理应收账款相关事务
- 协调内部物流及生产部门，跟进交付节点 3. 数据整理与文档归档
- 协助汇总整理销售数据，完成基础报表制作
- 负责销售合同、订单及相关文档的归档与保存
- 协助准备投标文件及其他商务材料 4. 其他交办事务
- 完成上级布置的其他日常工作
