设备维修主管/经理

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Monitor maintenance systems, processes, procedures and performance, accountable for quality of implementation and usage. 监控维护系统、流程、程序及绩效，对实施和使用的质量负责。
• Review and improve prevention maintenance plan and predictive plan. 审查并改进预防性维护计划与预测性维护计划。
• Maintenance Opex and Capex budget and control cost of maintenance. 编制和维护部门的运营预算与资本支出预算，并控制维护成本。
• Energy management and reducing energy costs. 负责能源管理，降低能源成本。
• To identify the critical spare parts list, procuring it and storing it properly for all the related equipment. 识别关键备件清单，进行采购并妥善存储，以支持所有相关设备。
• Review equipment/tooling failure mode analysis, improving machine and mold to enhance efficiency of production. 审查设备/模具的故障模式分析，改进机器和模具以提高生产效率。
• Management of new project machine quality and safety, validation and audit. 管理新项目中的设备质量与安全，负责验证与审核工作。
• Propose plan and commission new lines, machinery and tools respecting EHS and APS requirements,5S, APS and EHS monitoring and assessment. 规划并主导新生产线、新机器和工具的安装调试，确保符合EHS和APS要求；并对5S、APS和EHS进行监控与评估。
• Identify and implement maintenance improvement actions (TPM) together with other plant functions and support functions. 与工厂其他职能部门及支持部门协作，识别并实施维护改进措施。
• Maintenance teams work arrangement and guidance. 负责维护团队的工作安排与指导。 任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical and electrical engineering or related field. 机械电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum5 years experiences in maintenance management and Minimum 5 years experiences in the similar function in manufacturing industry. 至少5年的维护管理经验，且在制造业中从事类似职能至少5年。
• Profound knowledge of machinery and electricity. Experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry or hydraulic drive system or PLC preferred. 深厚的机械和电气知识。必须具备制造业环境工作经验，汽车业、液压驱动系统或 PLC 经验者优先。
• Fluent English skill both in spoken and written. 英语流利，包括口语和书面语。
• Open personality, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. 性格开朗，具备出色的沟通、人际交往和组织能力。
• Strong team spirit and problem-solving ability. 团队精神强，具备解决问题的能力。
