• Initiate and draft strategic marketing plan for shows assigned by the manager, lead the planning process to ensure a cost effective plan is delivered within the agreed marketing budget and timeline.
• Conduct market research and quantitative analysis to provide relevant and timely business information for building market intelligence in sales management.
• Plan, execute various event marketing programmes including seminars, conference, product display area, etc to support show development.
• Establish and maintain relationship with chamber of commerce, sales agent, industrial associations, sales partners to develop cooperation opportunities.
• Responsible for team coordination to ensure effective execution of marketing plan to drive event sales.
• Manage and coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure timely production of all marketing related materials such as e-DM, brochures, flyers, posters, newsletter and etc for show promotion.
• Collect feedbacks from both exhibitors and visitors, keep track on competitors’ moves and visiting competitors' fairs to report and update management on market activities and situation.
• Coordinate with Corporate Marketing Department to complete the strategic marketing planning for respective project to improve its competitive advantages in the marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor;

5 years above solid marketing experience at supervisory level or equivalent;

• Experience in exhibition industry is an advantage;
• Good knowledge in MS office and Chinese Word processing is a must;
• Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
