• C&B Policy & Process Management 薪酬福利政策与流程管理 -Establish and continuously refine C&B policies and processes to ensure legal compliance, support business objectives, and drive talent development. -Lead initiatives to improve the accuracy and efficiency of C&B operations, maintaining a balance between organizational and employee interests. -Keep updated on changes to labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards to optimize personnel costs across different workforce groups. -制定并完善薪酬福利政策与流程体系，确保合规、业务导向与人才发展目标的有力支撑。 -推动薪酬福利运营的持续优化，提升准确性与效率，同时平衡企业与员工之间的利益。 -关注并跟踪现有及新增劳动法律法规，用以有效管理不同群体的人力成本。
• Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking 薪酬策略与市场对标 -Collaborate with external consulting firms for compensation and benefits surveys, conducting benchmarking and data analysis to inform reward strategy design and execution, especially for advanced operational initiatives. -Conduct job analysis and evaluation, review compensation benchmarking data, and prepare detailed compensation proposals and budgets. -与外部咨询公司合作进行薪酬福利调研及数据对标，为薪酬奖励战略的制定与执行提供支持，特别是高阶运营方案的引入与落地实施。 -开展岗位分析与评估，处理薪酬调研数据，并编制薪酬方案及预算报告。
• C&B Operations & Project Delivery 薪酬福利运营与项目交付 -Manage core C&B operations, including payroll, budget setup and tracking, annual salary review implementation, and variable pay design, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery. -Provide support in C&B processes for expatriates in collaboration with BUAP/Global as needed. -负责薪酬福利核心运营工作，包括薪资管理、预算编制与跟踪、年度调薪实施及浮动薪酬设计，确保精准、高效交付。 -支持区域及全球外派人员的薪酬福利管理。
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management 跨部门协作与利益相关方管理 -Enhance cross-team coordination within HR and foster collaboration with other departments while actively promoting professional C&B philosophies. -Guide external labor agencies in adhering to company C&B strategies for temporary staff and third-party sales remuneration operations, including payroll calculations and payment preparations. -增强HR内部以及跨部门间的协作与沟通能力，推广专业的薪酬福利理念，促进合作。 -监督劳务供应商执行公司薪酬相关策略，包括临时员工和第三方销售人员的薪资核算与发放流程。 Qualifications 任职资格 Skills & Knowledge 岗位知识与技能
• Solid expertise in C&B with a comprehensive understanding of total reward management. 扎实的薪酬福利专业知识，对整体薪酬管理有全面理解。
• Proficiency in job evaluation and job matching methodologies. 精通岗位评估与岗位匹配方法论。
• Familiarity with various variable pay structures and incentive schemes. 熟悉不同类型的浮动薪酬设计与结构。
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and C&B practices in China, with a thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulations. 熟悉中国人力资源政策及薪酬福利实践，且对劳动法及相关法规有深入了解。
• Analytical mindset with strong logical thinking and data-driven problem-solving capabilities. 较强的逻辑思维能力与数据分析能力。
• Effective communication and coordination skills with a focus on results-oriented delivery. 优秀的沟通与协调能力，同时注重结果高效交付。
• Demonstrated learning agility and resilience in high-pressure environments. 较强的学习能力与抗压适应能力。 Relevant Experience 相关经验
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in C&B within organizations of 500+ employees. 5年以上人力资源相关经验，其中至少3年专注于薪酬福利领域，且有500人以上规模公司工作经验。
• Payroll operation experience is preferred. 有薪资运营经验者优先。
• Prior experience in multinational companies or the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a plus. 具有跨国公司或快消行业经验者优先。
• Hands-on experience with job evaluation, salary surveys, and compensation project management. 有岗位评估、市场薪酬调研及薪酬项目管理经验者优先。
