该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 协助完成每月员工薪资的核算与发放，确保准确无误且按时执行。 Assist in the calculation and processing of monthly employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. 参与人力资源数据分析，包括薪酬数据整理、人力成本测算及相关报表的制作。 Participate in HR data analysis, including C&B data compilation, labor cost estimation, and the preparation of related reports. 协助处理日常福利管理工作，如社保公积金申报、商业保险投保及员工福利发放。 Assist in daily benefits administration, such as social security and housing fund declarations, commercial insurance enrollment, and employee benefits distribution. 维护并更新人力资源系统中的员工薪酬与福利信息，确保数据的完整性和准确性。 Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits information in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 协助解答员工关于薪酬、福利、个税等方面的日常疑问。 Assist in addressing employees' daily inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, personal income tax, and related matters. 在快速发展的IT服务和交付环境中，支持其他C&B相关项目及团队任务。 Support other C&B-related projects and team tasks within a fast-paced IT services and delivery environment. 任职要求 / Qualifications & Requirements 本科及以上学历，人力资源、财务、统计学或相关专业优先。 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or related fields. 对薪酬福利模块有浓厚兴趣，具备极强的学习意愿和主动性（肯学）。 Strong interest in the C&B function with a high eagerness to learn and take initiative. 工作严谨细致，对数据高度敏感，能够做到认真核对每一个细节（细心）。 Rigorous and detail-oriented, highly sensitive to data, and capable of carefully verifying every detail. 愿意扎根于基础的薪资核算与数据分析工作，踏实稳重，具备良好的抗压能力。 Willing to dive into foundational payroll calculations and data analysis tasks with a steady, grounded attitude and good stress resistance. 熟练使用Excel等办公软件（精通数据透视表、VLOOKUP等公式），具备基础的数据处理能力。 Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP), with solid basic data processing skills. 具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能够很好地融入团队合作。 Good communication skills and service awareness, able to seamlessly integrate into team collaboration.
