该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 1、结合公司业务目标制定精益中长期规划，将总目标拆解为可量化的KPI，并制定各责任单位的精益目标。 Formulate medium and long-term lean planning in combination with the company's business goals, decompose the overall goals into quantifiable KPIs, and define lean goals for each responsible unit. 2、建立精益管理体系，完善改进改善制度、精益考核机制、可视化管理标准，将临时改善改为长效机制。 Establish a lean management system, optimize continuous improvement systems, lean assessment mechanisms and visual management standards, and transform temporary improvement measures into long-term effective mechanisms. 3、负责集团制造企业工艺优化工作，组织并参与精益改善项目，通过消除浪费、优化流程、持续改善实现生产系统的高效运行。 Be responsible for the process optimization of the group's manufacturing enterprises, organize and participate in lean improvement projects, and realize the efficient operation of the production system through waste elimination, process optimization and continuous improvement. 4、总结各工厂推进的生产制造方面的方法和措施，形成系统性的方案，横展推行并实时验证推行效果。 Summarize the production and manufacturing methods and measures promoted by each factory, form systematic solutions, carry out horizontal promotion across the group, and verify the implementation effect in real time. 5、制定精益工具使用规范，组织培训、推广并促进，确保全员统一方法，主导核心精益工具的现场应用，针对性的解决精益问题。 Formulate specifications for the use of lean tools, organize relevant training and promotion to ensure unified operation methods for all employees, lead the on-site application of core lean tools, and solve lean management problems in a targeted manner. 6、负责完成上级部门交办的工作及其他单位要求配合的事项。 Complete other work assigned by superiors and cooperate with relevant departments on related affairs.
