• Overseeing the full spectrum of cost accounting including products analysis, spending analysis and cost variance analysis
• Setting standard costs of manufactured products and developing and analyzing cost standards
• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of costs accounting report
• Formulate and implement costs accounting system, costing policies, and procedures. Make recommendations of various areas for improvement Major Responsibilities
• Establishing costs of business processes such as labor costs, depreciation and other spending etc.
• Be familiar with management accounting and know well allocation logics for G&A, R&D and COGS. Play a critical role in providing business decision support to the operation management team.
• Interact with Operation team to portfolio including costs saving, analysis, variance cost account.
• Performing account reconciliations
• Drive ERP system implementation more efficiently and support management on costing report and analysis and ad-hock projects
• Liaising with auditors, presenting their findings for inventory management/COGS etc. if have to management
• Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce costs and maximize profit
• Other responsibilities assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications Required

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, costing background with 5 or more years of relevant experience in multinational companies.
• An excellent written and verbal coordination and communication skill in English is a must.
• Has experience with SAP ERP system.
• Has capability to edit complex data and computation results precisely.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people as a team member.
