The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing regional sales plans, developing offline customer channels, and achieving individual sales targets in the Texas local market. You will conduct door-to-door visits to mobile phone repair shops, distributors, and chain stores while maintaining strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth. Your strong communication skills and resilience in the field will help you succeed when engaging with local customers and coordinating market feedback to the headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales plans based on local market conditions and achieve individual sales performance targets
• Develop new customers through offline door-to-door visits to local mobile phone repair shops, distributors, and chain stores
• Engage with customer needs, explain product policies, follow up on orders, and conduct regular client visits to strengthen long-term cooperation
• Visit frontline markets to collect competitor pricing, customer demands, and market feedback, and report findings to domestic headquarters
• Participate in local industry exhibitions and offline events to expand professional networks, promote the brand, and identify potential customers
• Follow up with prospective customers through both online and offline channels to drive deal closures

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, with hands-on expertise in offline field outreach and cold-call canvassing
• Prior experience in the mobile phone accessories or mobile repair industry is preferred; outstanding field sales candidates without relevant industry background will also be considered
• Familiarity with the local market environment in Texas, with strong market sensitivity
• Excellent business communication and negotiation skills; highly resilient under pressure with the ability to adapt to frequent field visits and door-to-door client calls

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
