What they need
- 及时交付：监督、确保物料的交付监督物料的交付情况，解决或协调解决物料问题，保证物料准时，准确，保障生产按计划进行。
- 库存控制：为实现公司库存目标，组织和管理下属成员，制定和改进库存策略；建立库存监督及报警机制，及时准确提供库存预测、库存报表。
- 供应商交付管理：组织和管理下属成员，协助采购管理供应商，建立和完善供应商物流协议，建立及维护供应商供货评分机制和信息沟通平台，保证供应商供货满足工厂生产需求。
- 到货预测及库存预测：在公司内部流程/标准 指导下，定期对到货及库存进行预测，并尽可能提高预测精准性。
- 供应商管理及风险预防：保持与供应商之间及时有效的沟通、培训， 保证供应商准确理解我们的需求，准确、按时供货以 及与供应商之间物流协议的签订工作。
- 物流体系持续改进：合规性为提高公司物流运作效率，和满足客户的供应商物流体系的要求，完善相关流程体系。
- 团队管理&人才培养：负责制定科室目标，协调解决工作中的各种问题。组织制定培训计划；在科室内部开展轮岗及专业培训，以提高下属员工的专业技能，为公司今后的发展提高人才储备的质量。建立/ 优化内部流程：为了使团队工作更加效率，健全优化 现有工作流程或操作指导。
- 预算目标：在科室年度预算的范围内管理部门的相关费用支出。承接基础目标&其他：承接部门分解到科 室的各项基础目标，或其他上级要求完成的工作，并协助部门经理完成年度绩效指标
