该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 体系搭建：基于已经确定的高优需求形成的专题，能设计&运营数百台车规模的路测体系，准确、快速地反馈该专题 在多个项目多个车型上的迭代情况 迭代反馈：建立快速测试闭环机制，针对城市NOA、端到端大模型等技术专题，24-48小时输出迭代效果评估，推动算法优化 数据驱动：深度挖掘路测数据，识别系统性问题与长尾场景，输出迭代方向建议 团队建设：带领路测团队，沉淀测试规范与流程，提升人效与交付质量 跨部门协同：联动算法、产品、客户端团队，保障问题闭环；支持客户项目现场测试与交付 任职要求 本科及以上，计算机/车辆工程/自动化等相关专业 5-8年智驾/ADAS实车测试经验，2年以上团队管理经验 熟悉智驾系统原理，掌握CANoe/CANape等工具，了解ADAS相关法规标准 具备数据分析能力（Python/SQL），能用数据驱动测试优化 逻辑清晰、抗压能力强、跨部门协作能力好
